This blog is meant to be a place where I can share my ideas and experiences as I do my best to live cleanly and authentically. Over the past few years I have developed a love and passion for food and cooking. Then, more recently, I have gotten into being healthy and fit. Therefore, my love of cooking and food has morphed into a love of finding and creating recipes that are healthy AND absolutely delicious. Every once in awhile I still love to splurge, so I will share those recipes as well. Regardless, I vow to only post food that I absolutely love.
Aside from food and fitness, I am a marriage and family therapist, which seems to lend itself to also being a thinker. I think a lot. Often I ponder relationships–friendships, romance, family life, spiritual life, etc. Occasionally, I plan to post about these things as well. I like the idea of approaching life holistically, where mind, body, and heart are all aligned. Clean living. Pure Mind. Here’s to sharing my exploration with you.
